Q: Why Launcher / Get connected Wizard does not detect my Nokia Nseries device using USB connection?
A: This may happen if you have previously unplugged USB devices without using the system tray utility for ejecting device. You may need to reboot both your PC and your Nokia Nseries device.
Q: I have problems with connecting my Nokia Nseries device using Bluetooth wireless technology
A: Bluetooth might not work due to PC settings (there are 2 Bluetooth stacks, etc). Double check and re-detect/ re-scan Bluetooth devices on PC. Check the Nokia Nseries device settings: by default the device is not hidden and Bluetooth switched on. If that does not help, it may help to reboot both your PC and device.
Q: I have problems with Lifeblog.
A: Latest video drivers installation prevents Lifeblog from crashing (actually not Lifeblog directly, but DirectX requires a certain level of drivers, so the safest is to search the availability of video drivers updates)
Q: Why software installed from the CD is in different language than the selected Nokia Nseries PC Suite installation language?
A: Even if Nokia Nseries PC Suite is localised, the software bundled on the CD has different degrees of localisation (i.e. Adobe Photoshop Album supports only a few languages, Lifeblog is missing a few, etc); in these cases, the language selection is offered during installation (example : Windows doesn’t support Romanian, but Installer does; so i choose Romanian Installer language on English Windows, PC Suite is installed normally in Romanian, but Lifeblog will pop-up a window with language drop-down menu, like the one in the beginning; so does Adobe Photoshop Album.
Q: Do I need to uninstall Nokia PC Suite before installing Nokia Nseries PC Suite?
A: Uninstalling any previous Nokia PC Suite version is not required.
Q: The installation does not start automatically. What should I do?
A: You have most probably autoplay feature disabled on CD/DVDROM; CDROM/DVDROM is required. If autoplay is disabled, launch the *.exe file from CDROM’s root directory – no internet connection is required.
Q: What languages are supported?
A: Languages supported are depending on your country. For example, the CD for North America does not include European languages. The CD installation packages are customised for the target audience.
